What could be the cause of this? And, more importantly, how can I save bookmarks in the PDF on the tablet, which I can then access from my PC or my phone? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I then opened the PDF on my tablet, created a new "save as" version of the PDF, transferred that to the PC, opened it, and still, no bookmarks. Comments: Foxit reader is recommended for every pdf document reader out there who also edit their pdf documents and convert pdfs to word and vice versa. I copied it over to my PC and opened it, only to find that the bookmarks that I'd saved were nowhere to be found. This evening, I plugged my tablet into my PC, and I located the local copy of the PDF. The latest version of Foxit PhantomPDF Standard can be downloaded for PCs running Windows XP/7/8/10/11, 32-bit. However, even though I can see these bookmarks when accessing the PDF from my tablet, it does not seem to save this copy to Google Drive, so the bookmarked copy of this PDF is not visible on my PC or my phone. The tablet is where I usually access the file, and it's also where I bookmark various pages of the book when reading. Foxit Reader stores a local copy of the file on both my phone and my tablet. I have also opened this file on my Galaxy S6 phone in Foxit Reader, as well as on my Samsung tablet in Foxit Reader. I have an e-book in the form of a PDF, which was originally stored on my PC in my Google Drive directory.

I wasn't sure where to place this inquiry, but since I'm sharing this file among my devices via Google Drive, I figured that this was the best place.

A few days ago, I posted the exact same thing in the Google Product Forums and was referred here, so I thought that I would give this a try:
